Small Works Projects:

Small Works & Maintenance Department a small team of engineers, usually available at short notice, covering all Trades; Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Gas (domestic and commercial), carpentry, building, tiling etc.

All our Tradesmen/women are fully accredited with their particular governing body, and are also Health and Safety qualified with JIB/ECS.

We deal primarily in:

• Reactive response to specific Customer requirements.
• Smaller "day to day" jobs.
• Planned maintenance tasks.
• Work outside of normal hours.

We are experienced in Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic installations, and fully understand the importance of rapid resolutions to our customers problems. Maintain a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) register, working closely with our customers on work of a repetitive nature such as NICEIC testing, routine servicing of sewage installations etc. Our own "in house" motor rewind/pump repair workshop support us with swift turn round of rotating machinery repairs. We also carry out general maintenance such as painting/decorating and building works.
We offer an out of hours service to our account customers.

Devon Building Services has successfully worked with most local Companies both large and small, local authorities, utilities, and schools.
